  Yesterday, I emailed them again as I had not received any communication that the goods had been sent nor had I received my goods. Paula was able to provide a Consignment Number which I followed up and discovered it should be delivered today.

  Ordered heartworm tablets for my dog in February. Added two more items to save on postage. Out of the 3 items ordered, one arrived. Initial order was in March. I contacted them in May and was promised the heartworm tablets would arrive. They never did. Its now June. Beware.

  Very helpful they sorted out express postage for me for not much extra and I received my item super quick! Very friendly sales people and the online chat function is great. They have some items available that others don't.

  Another week goes by it is now the 27th of March and I still have not received any communication so I email them again to ask for a Consignment Note so I can follow it up my end as I am in Perth.

  Place my orders online and items are usually ready to pick up either the same day or the next day. Shipping also available Australia wide.

  Terrible, took 2 weeks to get order since they don't have it in stock. They didn't bother to notify me that it would be delayed as it wasn't kept in stock, a lot of the items listed on their website they order from manufacturer after customer orders it, it would be better to just purchase direct from manufacturers.

  I have seen some pretty bad customer service before but this was definitely up there! My level of frustration at the situation and the apathetic emails I received will ensure I would not recommend nor would I purchase another thing.

  On 22nd March I made contact (email) to find our where the goods were as I had not received any notification since the initial "thank you for the sale" back on the 13th.
